At Oak and Willow Goldendoodles, we stand behind our puppies with a one-year genetic health guarantee. To the best of our ability and knowledge when our puppies leave our home they have received optimal care and are in excellent health. Prior to delivery of your puppy, you will be provided with the results of their wellness veterinary examination to ensure they are in optimal health before they go to their forever homes. While in our care, they would have received the necessary scheduled deworming treatments, their first set of shots, and have a clean bill of health.

Buyers are required to have the puppy examined by a CA licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of taking possession. Any request to return or refund must be made within the 48-hour period; however, Seller will only accept a request to return or refund if the puppy was diagnosed by a CA licensed veterinarian to be in poor health or was determined to have a life-threatening genetic issue. Seller is not responsible for any veterinary services incurred by the Buyer. With regard to any diagnosis, Seller maintains the right to a second opinion from a CA licensed veterinarian at their expense. We require written documentation from the diagnosing veterinarian to qualify for a refund of the purchase price, or replacement with another puppy from a future litter.

Buyer agrees to provide the puppy with a safe and comfortable environment, proper grooming, responsible care, and prompt medical attention. This includes maintaining their scheduled deworming, vaccinations, and necessary medical care. Seller will provide a starter bag of high-quality food that the puppies are currently consuming, Buyer will continue to provide the puppy/dog with necessary high-quality sustenance (based on current age and weight) given at scheduled intervals and allow them access to fresh water regularly.

Buyer acknowledges that there is no promise that the puppy is non-shedding or hypoallergenic; in addition, Seller does not guarantee the dog’s size, color, coat appearance, or any physical or behavioral trait.

Buyer agrees not to abandon the dog to any humane society or animal rescue. Should unforeseen circumstances occur that Buyer can no longer keep the dog, they must surrender the dog to the Seller so a qualified home can be secured for the dog.
